Anyone known what these type of cabinet hinges are called?

Anyone known what these type of cabinet hinges are called? The left side is plastic and the right side is metal. These are rusted and about to break. The ones on the right door have already broke. I can't find them anywhere. I am hoping if I have the name I can find them on line.

Not sure. However, I’m sure you can go to the hardware store and find replacement hinges. And maybe find some that won’t rust.

I was hoping to use the slots already drilled out. But I may not have a choice. I did find some hinges that would work but would have to use a router to get them to be flush mounted.

Looks like they could be these with a plastic cover?

It's a knife hinge.  Here's a link to one that looks similar, but you'd have to look at the details to see if it's an exact fit.
