Joshifer October 8, 2019 Share October 8, 2019 So this is new I’ve never seen this before. One of my clowns is making bubbles then pushing them into a corner at the top. When the other clown comes near I assume “she” pushes him away. she’ll literally make a row of bubbles then push them to the side stacking them neatly. Then the flow pops them all and she’ll do it all over again. their mouths are closed they aren’t gasping or anything. boredom? Lol I know beta’s do this I never seen it from a clown. Origami October 8, 2019 Share October 8, 2019 Waiting to hear if anybody knows. A quick search on "clownfish blowing bubbles" yields a handful of hits that, like your post, thus far has remained unanswered.

smokythemattman@gmail.com October 9, 2019 Share October 9, 2019 Total shot in the dark. Mine did this once. Then after they laid eggs in the area they were doing it. I thought it was a test to see if the eggs would blow away in the flow. But I found nothing either
