Finally got the new addition to the folwr, but she/he (? think she) has been very shy when I approach the tank, so it has been difficult to get a pic. Getting more bold by the day, but still only comes out if I am very still and food is around.

Scribbled, with friend (don't yell at me Dave, I know how you feel about the Moorish):

2 weeks. Just feeding mussels to make sure he is eating well. Sometimes I will throw in a clam. I shouldn't have probably gotten him before going on vacation, but this fish seemed to be somewhat seasonal, so I jumped at the chance when there was a juvi at an affordable price.

Keeping the fingers crossed, but there is only the moorish, a pigmy angel, and a Chevron tang in the tank. Not real aggresssive.

You know I prefer them with torn fins and fungal breakout

Nice looking angel!

Moorish is actually very happy, eats nori and EVERYTHING I put in the tank. Loves Formula 2 flakes. Got him from very fat from Craig, and his steamer has grown since. Must be 6" long.

I'll need to stop by and see the guy some time.

Do you have a complete pic of the Moorish you can share (please) :bluefish:

Idol, I still have one in my reef tank. I got 2 from liveaquaria on Jan. 23. Doug's beat the snot out of one in my tank when I first got them and had them in a QT tank. I separated them. When I added mine to 215 reef, I didn't add second for fear of a war - and my already big load. :lol2:

Loves nori, flake, frozen mysis, brine, pellets

best I have right now: though I will always consider myself a beginner, and he is eating all kinds of stuff, they are not recommended for beginners (see Daves congressional rant)
