Marco Rocks E400 locally available?

Does anyone know a LFS in Nova or MD that sells the E400 cement?

I hope one of the LFS on the boards will pipe up, if so.  If not, try posting a WTB post in that forum.  Often members have extra Marco cement sitting around that they'll sell.
