rockstarta78 September 6, 2017 Share September 6, 2017 I have been battling Dino for a while. Most of it is gone from the rock, there are still clumps of Dino on the sand. I was thinking about using Dino X to get rid of it. I have read some conflicting reviews, I was wondering if anyone here has any experience using Dino X? Any info would be greatly appreciated. gws3 September 7, 2017 Share September 7, 2017 I used it after other failed attempts getting rid of dinos. It was effective by around day 15 of the treatment. However, between that and the end of the treatment at day 21 it definitely had a negative effect and caused tissue loss on a number of SPS. That system is now very clean and the SPS have recovered. I'd recommend it, just be careful.
wangspeed September 10, 2017 Share September 10, 2017 I've used it with success, but if I ever have dinos again, I'll probably try UV first. Safer than a chemical approach.
rockstarta78 September 12, 2017 Author Share September 12, 2017 I finally bite the bullet and ordered a UV sterilizer. Hopefully I'll be finally free of this mess.
