Fluconazole byropisis treatment

So, I treated my tank about 10 days ago.

I had some persistent bryopsiss that I couldn't get manually and didn't die off with high Mg and a fair amount of hair algae.

It's all gone.

I have a bare bottom tank so no sand to deal with and my skimmer was off the entire time.

Few questions.

-Dosage? Mg/g

-How many dosages over the 10 days?

-How many if any waterchanges?

-Any other chemical or biological filtration used in conjunction?

 20 mg/g

1 dose on day one.

No water changes, although I am planning one now.

I don't run carbon or anything else.  I took my skimmer off line and removed my filter sock.

There are some small patches of hair algae around still.
