Upgrade pump for biocube 14

I wanna add a better pump for my cube. Any suggestions. And also what size power head should I get

Mj line 1200 may pump to much for the overflow to keep up. Mj 900 would probably be best. And a jabeo rw4/pp4 or wp10 would be all you need

I did that in my old BC29, using a maxijet 900.
