Mysterious Kole tang death

This morning I woke up to find my Kole tang dead on my sand bed. He was healthy the day before with no sign of disease. All other fish look good....any ideas? I feed heavy and supplement with green and purple sea algae, so I don't think it is dietary. Anyone else experience this or have an idea what could cause this?

Sorry to hear that. How long have you had the fish? Any other recent additions? Did you observe the fish eating and swimming well? Were there any signs of it being bullied? Could be many things. Make sure and monitor your other fish to ensure its not something contagious.
