According to the Reef Central Ice-cap thread it will be late April before the URI T5s are available:

 

"First run will be 25-watt, 39-watt and 54-watt in their three well known and liked flavors

 

A six foot T-5 would need to come with a brace in the center to support its own weight. An 80-watt five foot will likely be made if their T5HO line sells well and demand for that length grows. ".

You guys are on track, URI T-5s should be out in May. I will have some samples soon, I'll keep you posted as I am updated.

Any news on this front, I'll be looking for new 36" bulbs soon.

I saw Premium Aquatics has them on their site today. Thinking about getting some actinics to add to my tank. Heard they look just like the VHO's.
