What does DD mean when referring to a tank.  For example ....150DD

OK..I thank you guys for all the support.  How would you go about buying a used tank if the last used one you bought was a "lemon".....I read about buying used if the tank is full of water and running....being new to the forum...how would you approach buying a tank from a forum member....I know I am a newb..but thanks guys

If worried, I would just ask them to put some water from a hose or whatnot in it to make sure the bottom is water tight... Only need 1/4 of an inch to make sure it's not leaking...
