Roommate left on bad terms - Told me to sell his tank for owed $$$

I hope this is ok to post here, as it is technically getting out of the hobby. I had a roommate who owes a ridiculous amount of money to me, and has since moved out, leaving his 24g saltwater aquarium behind. I gave him a month to get rid of the tank, and today he said "sell it for what you can, I don't care." I was pretty interested in the tank and actually bought him a few of these corals and other things, so I am not an expert on this tank, but I did care for it sometimes and know a bit. Because its been a month since he left (and I know he was dosing/treating, but not sure what), there is some hair algae and film growing but nothing too bad I don't think. The pics look pretty nasty but my phone kept focusing on the glass and not the things behind it, so I promise it doesn't look so bad.

 

I'm going to get rid of the livestock first, then the equipment so there is the following:

 

2 clownfish – both $20

1 royal gramma $20

1 yellow watchman goby $20

Or all the fish for $50

 

1 pink toadstool coral, about 5" tall by 4" wide $30

3 clumps of Purple xenia (not out of control) $10

1 Duncan with about 10 heads – fully extended 5” square $40

4 red mushrooms $5 each

5 blue mushrooms $5 each

3 green stripe mushrooms – one large, one medium, one small - $15, $10, $5

2 orange bumpy mushrooms $5 each

3 orange mushrooms with green stripes and bluish dots (small) $5 each

1  4” by 3” green mushroom with pink/purple bumps $15

1 hammer coral – about 10 heads, ~6” wide and 3” tall $30

2 paly rocks – green with brown tentacles, large one is 4” square, small one is 2” square $10 for big, $5 for small

 

Or all the corals for $200.

If for some glorious reason you want the whole tank, I’ll sell it all for $800 (>$300 off if you added it all up)
