What kind of skimmer are you guys using for the JBJ nano cube 28?

Im looking for a skimmer that would fit perfectly in the back area of the JBJ nano cube 28 with out any modifications and still allow the lid to open fully …any input ?  Thanks

I don't believe such a skimmer exists. The collection cup always interferes with the lid. You'd have to remove the collection cup each time you open the lid.

The aquamaxx is a great skimmer for this aquarium. The tunze 9002 works well to, but none will allow what your asking. Have you checked out "In Tank" before? They have a dedicated section for your setup.

So if the skimmer fits in the center section ..can you still keep your media basket in there ?  Sorry for asking so many question but i have never had a skimmer before ...lol

With the Tunze you lose the media basket as that is where the skimmer goes. With the aquamaxx you can keep both.
