Need light hanging ideas

Okay so I am out of date with all the new lighting options on the market and am running a 72" Orbit light over my 150G. It is currently hung, but with the weight of the unit, it is not adjustable basically at all. I plan on using the light for the foreseeable future (at least till the bulbs all need to be replaced) and would like to get a better design that would allow me to adjust up and down.

There's a special at Harbor Freight on ATV winches... I think it is only $60 for one that would easily handle that!

Chains also work as you can loop them, but not very pretty when they are all bunched up. Also check the hanging kits for dining room chandeliers - those are sometimes adjustable with a mechanism on the wire itself so no extra wires running across the room.

Thanks. After a ton of searching I am leaning towards something from one of these sites:

http://www.griplocksystems.com/lighting/productcategory.cfm?Griplock-Kits&id=5

http://www.pendantsystems.com/index.asp?category=18628&count=1

http://www.hydrofarm.com/product.php?itemid=13823

So at least I have options that won't break the bank from the looks of it.

I have heard good things from Pendant Systems, and their customer service has always been willing to help me out. From my understanding the wire is just bicycle brake cable as well, so the possibilities are endless!
