So my daughter decided she was going to delete my apex app so she could download my little pony game. Is their anyway I can get it back or do I have to start all over again? Any help would be greatly appreciated

Your program should remain the same regardless if you have the app installed. Just reinstall the app.

Well, first and foremost, and most importantly, is your tank doing what it's supposed to program wise right now? While app control is nice, it's not like I'm constantly fiddling with my settings. I use mine once a week to turn off my return pumps, etc to do a water change. Perhaps someone that is a little more interweb slick can help you get your IP recognized again soon so you can commence fiddling.

Yes everything is working. I use mine for the same reason but I need to add a chiller to it

Which IP address are you using?  Are you using your WAN (Wide Area Network) IP Address, or your LAN (Local Area Network - aka your home network IP such as 192.168.1.x)?  

For privacy and security reasons don't post your actual home IP Address here.

 

Do you have the correct port?  Apex defaults to port 80, but for instance I have mine set at port 1001.

If you go on your internet browser on your local network (on your home wifi) are you able to access the apex if you type in the IP Address in your browser?

So I'm an idiot. Apparently the new app has a search button in the top right corner. If you hit it it will find your apex. Thanks everyone for the help
