His customer service has been FANTASTIC. Not only does ERC have the best LPS and softies on the East Coast, Richards willingness to help a reefer is priceless. Thanks again! Richard, under no real obligation, is hooking me up w/ a replacement. Turns out, it wasn't really broken but that's another thread. And.... I've never actually met him! haha.
