This company runs almost exactly like LiveAquaria.com Free shipping at $200, same shipping schedule, etc. The reason I ordered from PetSolutions.com instead of LiveAquaria.com is because LiveAquaria did not have the fish I wanted. When the fish arrived the next day, they were boxed and bagged exactly like LiveAquaria. Heavy stapled bags with black inner bags to shield light. Heater pack in the heavy styrofoam box. The fish looked great. Super healthy and great color. The angel I ordered was way larger than I expected so I was happy about that. The goby I ordered was a little smaller than I expected. A representative from PetSolutions.com called before the order shipped to make sure my tank could handle the larger angel. No change in price. The best thing is that all 6 of the fish have survived and are swimming in the open water column today. So far, I would say this is better than LiveAquaria because they had the fish I wanted in stock and their prices were lower. $20 lower for the same angel. The one drawback is the way their web site is organized. I would say LiveAquaria has a better set up in that regard. So ID the fish at liveAquaria and then buy at PetSolutions.com? gmerek2 November 18, 2013 November 18, 2013 The fish are shipped out of my home town in Ohio. I'm going to ask if they have local pick up when I go to Ohio for the holidays. You are right about the website setup it is definitely not as nice and corals are not presented with as nice of a picture. I'm not buying any more fish but when I dream of it I put a shopping cart together on both sites. It's 50/50 so far with price Comparison. I think they will meet or beat any advertised price though you just have to call. Glad the experience was good!
lutz123 December 5, 2013 December 5, 2013 Huge thumbs up on my recent order. It wasn't live, but dry goods (plus other pet stuff). The 3 boxes I had tracking numbers for came quickly, but there was no salt. I called this morning and the customer service rep said she would reship it out today. No questions asked except the order number. I will definitely order from them again!
