smallville November 15, 2013 November 15, 2013 I discovered what pretty much looked like an earthworm that you normally find outside in the ground in my saltwater aquarium. Does anyone know anything about what this officially is? Also, is it a good or bad thing to have in a coral and invertebrate only tank? Thanks.
smallville November 15, 2013 Author November 15, 2013 That's what I originally thought. But I've seen those before and this one didn't have any bristles. It looked and moved exactly like an earthworm.
smallville November 15, 2013 Author November 15, 2013 No. I have a picture of it but I could never figure out how to upload pictures to this forum. But it looks exactly like this, just thinner. http://www.elgritonm.org/wp-content/uploads/2013/02/earthworm.jpg
Origami November 15, 2013 November 15, 2013 Do you have a photobucket account? If so, you can link to it here. See, it's pictures like this Eunicid (aka bobbit worm) that made me think of it. This picture's from a Kazakh website.

smallville November 17, 2013 Author November 17, 2013 Thanks for the links and the pictures. I need to go through the worm database link again but I think it may be something on there. Meanwhile, here is a pic. http://sdrv.ms/1ilCHK9 It's elongated and the other end was wrapped around a piece of dead coral and I couldn't unravel him safely.
