ErikS October 26, 2005 Share October 26, 2005 How are they Erik? Corals seem to like them, I can't say with 100% certainty as the tank is too new......but....I've seen no negative effects. Two of the monti caps I got from Rik have more than doubled in about a month. I can say that they don't pollute the tank & the corals do seem to feed on them (polyps close after feeding). I only feed about 2x/week & that little jar last(ed) about 4 months (I use it pretty heavily when I do feed). Skimmer doesn't go nuts nor stop skimming (though they recommend taking it offline - I've never seen production increase = taking them out of the water). I use just the "tip of a pairing knife" mixed w/ tank water = a good sized cloud (I forget, something like 30,000,000 per ml = very small size). Of course you'd know all this if I wasn't so busy paving my road to H-E-double hocky sticks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
