WOW check out this Blenny and Handfish

Has anyone ever seen these guys? I saw them on Pintrest last night and googled them this morning! They are so cool looking!

That Gulf Coast Signal Blenny looks pretty sweet. Never seen that before. I wonder how commonly sold it is.

I have never seen it but it is so cool and I know a lot of people have blenny in their tank.

Have you ever seen one in a LFS? Is their a reason we do not see them at LFS?

if i remember correctly, they are very timid and stay hidden deep in rock and sand and are hard to capture without limiting their survivability in captive environments (our tanks) and as such little demand for something that folks didn't have luck with so little supply. i knew a guy in FL two years'ish ago that had one and he saw maybe once every couple months and it would only be a glimmer of his eye from a rock. the beautiful display is rarely seen he said and perhaps limited to attempts to woo/court a female into mating.

Gotcha I was curious as they look like a cross between a Mandarin and a Blenny
