Curtis Scott February 13, 2013 February 13, 2013 I will have a hand full of frags in various sizes to sell very soon. Members who have bought corals from me in the past know my prices are more than fair. I usually search retail prices to compare then chop that number in half, but the prices for these are all over the place online. So what do you guys think is a fair price per polyp?
Jason Rhoads February 13, 2013 February 13, 2013 From what I see (online) I would say $5/polyp is fair. You may be able to get more, but that would be a good denomination to use for ease of transaction --most people can pull a $20 bill out of the ATM and buy a frag with 4 polyps without you having to make change.
johnnybv February 13, 2013 February 13, 2013 agreed, they used to be $20 a polyp but have dropped significantly john
zygote2k February 13, 2013 February 13, 2013 I see and buy them regularly for $2 per polyp. They're fast growers and tolerate a wide variety of water conditions and light levels. A good, easy, cheap beginner coral.
zygote2k February 14, 2013 February 14, 2013 FWIW, you can't compare online prices or retail prices with prices on WAMAS. People here expect to buy things at or below wholesale.
