Sharkey18 February 3, 2013 February 3, 2013 So my 250 is euro braced. I have started to add some pretty expensive fish including some likely-to-go-carpet-surfacing wrasses. I already have the 1/4" netting but I am unsure about how to proceed with a frame. Do I use the standard aluminum screen frame and just sit it on top or is there a better way? Thanks for the help as always!
Jan February 3, 2013 February 3, 2013 (edited) Yes, the frame sits on top of of rimless tanks. It can be made to fit snug inside a frame. I bought the frame material at home depot. It is aluminum with a brown finish. Also got the corner connectors there. All in the window/window shade deprtment. I also posted a how to video on here somewhere. Do a search. It's very easy and gives me peace of mind. Edited February 3, 2013 by Jans Natural Reef Foods
Sharkey18 February 3, 2013 Author February 3, 2013 Awesome. Thanks Jan, Funny I have seen your tank so many times and never noticed the screen. Great job!
MBVette February 3, 2013 February 3, 2013 You can't see the top of my euro brace so my screening is just a white and sits on top. You can just pick up the all in one screening kit in HD and it will just take a few minutes.
