Eric, you live neer me and you were there. i can't believe i didn't catch up with you. it would have been nice to put a name with a face. i spent most of my time doing AV in the ball room. so i didn't see much. even making sure all the av stuff was going ok, i still didn't get to fully enjoy the lectures.

there is always next year!!

Moi? Oh heck no My momma didn't raise no fool. I cheated. I put myself through school doing security, I know what that entails - either sitting on one's arse or standing around doing nothing (both of which if you were to ask my wife are things @ which I excell - she's often heard to say that if there were a professional tour I would dominate it much the way Tiger Woods does golf )

for reference, the pics with me and Eric B were when he was pulling out the baby corals from larval settlement. FWIW, when the DVD comes out, make sure to watch Dirk Petersen's presentation. It was incredible- the best talk I saw at the show.

Meanwhile, the pics are great, and I'm glad you didn't post anything on technology stuff. But I have to say since it was my first event and so I have no comparision, I had positively no idea that you could build a

skimmer so large that you'd need a bigger house.

The Deltec tank was labled "reef porn" (by Doug I think) because it was so pretty is was almost pornographic - just a guess though.........
