If so which brand and how much/how often? Do you see good results?

I dose Kent iodine if I am going to mess with my lighting. Iodine makes coral much more tolerant of sudden increases of lighting.

I dose it when fragging corals as I've read it helps in the healing. I also dip corals to help prevent infections when fragging.

I never heard of that, good info to know.

No need to dose iodine if you conduct water changes regularly. FWIW, I conduct water changes primarily to replenish trace elements, not for nutrient removal.
