Salifert mg kit

I just opened my mg kit that I bought...it has a tiny red spoon with it for mg2

 

The online video has a much larger blue spoon...my box was open when I received it in the mail...so is this spoon ok...did they revise it to a smaller size ?...also the mg 2 powder is only an inch high in the bottom...very little of it

Yea colors are much easier to read for the partially color blind folks out there.

That is the exact spoon that comes with Chemiclean for treating cyanobacteria. The spoon that comes with this kit is a blue integrated spoon stopper that fits on the large vile. Why would they replace the stopper and add a smaller spoon? I'd call the mfr and ask for confirmation.

I have 2 of those kits and both have the small red spoon just like yours. I can't get the test kits to work for me to save my life, good luck!

The blue spoon/stopper has been discontinued at least 2 years ago. I've been seeing and using red spoons for some time now.

Get used to it!
