While I know that anemones can and do move, this one's been circumnavigating my rockwork and more recently the tank wall for at least three weeks now. It is literally in a different location almost every time I look in the tank. I'm open to suggestion on what is going on here; I haven't changed the lighting or the flow, and it's well fed. I'm not sure what kind it is; my best guess is long-tenticled. Thanks!

It's searching for something. Assuming your water is in check, it actually looks to be reaching for light.

I kind of wondered about that, too, and the particular photo I chose seems to emphasize that. But it's more than happy to go to the bottom of the tank, under shelves, etc. for fairly long periods, and the light isn't changing. That may be the answer, but at this point I'm not too sure.
