Parasite eating fish

That depends on the parasite. Cleaner wrasses and cleaner shrimp might pick off dead skin, etc. I don't know how many parasites they actually get off. Its also a behavior that they don't exhibit that readily in a tank.

There are multiple species of cleaner wrasse that you can get, I've also heard neon gobies do well. I just purchased 3 blue streak cleaner wrasse and all 3 are actively cleaning other fish. They form harems like other wrasse though it's hard to accomplish in aquariums as the males run a strict cleaning business. I know of one person that has a happy pair in her tank (150?), I tried with no success as of yet.

I've read that they can be hard to get to eat, but personally mine are pigs. Must be Jan's homemade food!

No, the six line should be fine. Mine clean my tangs, rabbitfish, coral beauties, and even my flasher wrasse now. The firefish are the only ones to refuse service.
