Vortech mp60 need help how to reset

Hi everyone I just got mp60 and my power cut off sunddenly and I cant start it back. Look like the control box need to reset. It keep linking red and green. Anyone know how to fix this pls give me some advice.

In the directions it tells you how to do a reset. I think you need to hold the black and white button down together. But read the booklet first.
