handling brittle star fish

i got one of these guys back in my back fuge area in my biocube. I can't get the guy out. anyone have a solution.

Being very careful...as the name suggests they can break. Sometimes a long set of feeding tongs may help. If nothing else, give it something to grab on to. Then you might be able to pull it out.

Food. Something nice and meaty will get it out of there, like a large fresh shrimp large enough for the star to wrap around. Dangle it from a tongs or string or something. Star wraps around it, you pull it out.

Stick your hand in there after rubbing a piece of shrimp on it. It will wrap its arms around your fingers/hand and take it out.
