I will like to admit that I have said some bad things about roozens. I stated that I would never visit them again. I decided that since I have not been there in a while things could have changed. Boy was I right. The tanks were super clean and they seem to be cleaning and organizing the walking space. They were more friendly and helpful than usual. I was shocked and amazed once I left the store. I guess things can change over time. I am glad the customer service is getting better. I will be placing them back on the list of my favorite lfs. For now when I have a problem with a lfs I will just give them a break for a while. For the people who have problems with roozens in the pass try them out again, you might be as happy as me. I hope things will stay this way and that it was not a one time thing.

Last time I was there there was a new younger guy who was talking to me about how he had broken down a bunch of tanks and started them over but couldn't defeat the algae problem. He was thinking that it was detritus built up over time in the sumps but he certainly was cleaning things out.
