dakotasreef October 16, 2010 October 16, 2010 It is always hard to tell from pictures, but could you describe where the blue and green are. Or is it just a shade of blue/green. I do not know either way what it is, but it looks like an eye catcher due to the light coloring. Looks good.
zygote2k October 16, 2010 Author October 16, 2010 It's a light turqouise color (blue/green) that appears whitish in this picture. It's the coral that is in the center of the picture.
Larry Grenier October 18, 2010 October 18, 2010 How long did it tanke to get from 1/2" to that? Is that under LEDS? Tell us a little about the tank. Kudos!
zygote2k October 19, 2010 Author October 19, 2010 It came from the summer FF of 2009. I believe someone said it was a deepwater acro and they gave them out only to people that had established sps tanks. Chip might know more about it as he was the one that saved me the tiny piece. This coral made it thru the Bryopsis Blast and subsequent Mg @ 2000ppm. It really started growing fast in July after the LED's were installed.
