Lighting Upgrade to my 45gal

I'm in the market for a T5 retrofit kit. I see these two on Reef Geek. Any recommendations on these kits?

8x54 on a 45 gallon is a bit of overkill. What are the dimensions of the tank?

 

Also have you thought of a ATI sunpower fixture?

Yes it's probably too much. But you could just get one ballast from there and DIY the rest. Just passing along to URL to hopefully save you some money (and help Philip move his equipment!)
