My Tang has a clump of well..... Poop just hangin out his hole. Kinda like its jammed up there. He doesn't seem to be in distress but it dont look good. Almost like this is gonna keep backin him up if you know what I mean. What do you think I should do? Just let him be? Its been like this for a couple days now. If i could catch him I would just pull it out but I doubt I can catch him. It's alot too. Not like its just a little bit. It seems to have formed a massive "clump". lol

A lot of times that indicates internal parasites... You can try treating with a prazipro, prognosis can be good if you catch it early. There are some foods that have prazipro prepared in them, might be worth a try.

I have never heard of one hanging on for days, normally just a few hours.

I can't believe I am asking this...any pics?

Well it looks like a combo of Nori and some of my Cheato Macro Algae. I dont feed the stuff but sometimes it gets thru my fuge and pumped back up to the display and he tears it up. And macro algae doesnt digest so it looks to be bound up. Does that make it more clear?

Ehhhh.... fed him some more Nori and he let loose and it all came out. Wish I could of got a photo of that while my Actinics are on!! I would have won :) LOL

Never thought I'd see a post about a constipated fish, though I have seen things about "constipated" anemones. Glad your fish is doing ok.

He is good to go now. Had me worried because it looked disgusting almost like a poop tumor hahaha... I put in a Nori Clip and he started hitting it like he does and he got in the flow of one of my pumps and just let loose!! Crap everywhere!
