pump recommendation

I carry newly mixed salt water by hand from the basement to the main floor to do water change. Can someone recommend an internal pump that can do 10 ft head pressure and about 50 ft distance?

I'll leave the pump choices to others but 50-60' of 1/2 or 3/4 vinyl hose (maybe a garden hose) will work for getting you the distance. But you also may want to think about 50-60' of extension cord and a power-strip - that way you have electrical control of the pump from the upstairs where you'll be working.

A simple submersible pump like a mag 9.5 would work just fine.

Being able to control it is a very good idea. A ball valve may work too.
