When I had only a 45g which is only 12" front to back, I was constantly re-arranging the rock. I'd spend hours upon hours only to re-arrange it a few weeks later. I've had this tank for about 1.5 years and have only changed the arrangement twice.... that extra 6" of width makes all the difference in the world.
