Where can I find a Phoenix 14K DE today?

Came home to find my light bulb burned out in my pendent so I need to find a replacement bulb ASAP. Does anyone have an extra or know a LFS in VA that has any in stock?

How old was the bulb?

No, I'm not sure of either. But the bulb is 6-7 months old. Not sure how I'd check the ballast, but I'll look at the fuses.

Marine scene has them in stock..that's probably the closest one to ya..

Try Pristine Aquariums

 

You may not have an inline fuse.

You might have one on the ballast or if older ballast, it could be a capasitor.

Try any other same wattage bulb to see if it fires.

Ok, I'm not seeing any inline fuses. I've noticed that the ballast isn't making a buzzing sound or any sound for that matter. So I'm assuming it's gone and died. I sent Giesemann an email but I fear it will take them awhile to get back to me.

I know that I far way but I have some test bulbs that you can have.

My pheonix bulbs are like 27 months old I doubt it's the bulb.

Sean, that would be awesome! Is there any chance I could just bring the setup out there with me and you could help me diagnose the problem? If it's too much trouble don't worry about it. I'm still waiting on an email response
