I've heard some people mention getting some aluminum sheeting/flashing from Home Depot and buffing it up.  I searched and found an anodized aluminum that most of the vendors use for reflectors (I think).... specifically I was looking for Miro4 when I first did my lighting.  They have a variety of Miro finishes (dimpled, smooth, etc), Miro 4 is a highly reflective one. (95% I believe)

I ended up buying a reflector from hellolights, which I believe was Miro4.  The tough thing about sourcing the Miro products is that it is generally sold by the roll and not to end users in any fashion.  I could have bought a50' roll for around $350.  I found a source in WI that would sell me what I needed... but at like $90 for a 12x48"... they could keep that markup.

Thanks all. I ordered 1 46.5x10 from hellolight. I will have to cut it up and mold it to fit inside pfo pendant.

Just for reference, reflective mylar is another great option- Aquatic Ecosystems has it.
