But you only have to place the bottle in the sump and let the water warm up some then just pour them in the sump or you can pour them in the main tank. But if you pour them in the main tank the fish will eat them all up before they have a chance to swim away.

I originally ordered from them because they had live mysis for a reasonable price but have ordered rotifers, copepods, and plankton too.
