Hilary January 3, 2009 January 3, 2009 Question about what size powerheads other people have in their nanos that are around 24 gallons in size. I have a Koralia 1 right now (400 gph flow), but am wondering if it's too much. The corals are happy, but my poor little clown is staying right to the side of or over the powerhead itself. I'm thinking it may be a little too much for fish? I'm debating moving down to a Koralia Nano, but thought I'd see what you guys are doing first......
dtfleming January 3, 2009 January 3, 2009 Nah keep the 1, i had a 1 and 2 in a 26 gal. the clown will get use to it. Try repositioning it to see if that helps
Hilary January 3, 2009 Author January 3, 2009 Okay, I'll leave it - thanks for the advice! It'll be good exercise for the clown, right? Between the PH, an MJ900 for the return and NAGA's HOB Deltec dumping water back in there is quite the water movement! At least the coral is loving it.
