Sugar Magnolia December 16, 2008 December 16, 2008 Just wanted to vent here...I purchsed two items for my 30 cube back in the first week of November, only to find that they were too large to use in my cube. I called Aquacave to get a return authorization number from them and packaged and shipped the items back to them per their return procedure, which they recieved on Nov 19th (UPS ship confirmation). I called a week later to ask about my refund and was told they process returns every two weeks. I waited a week and called again and was told they would process it that weekend. Guess what? Yup, no refund. Called again and was told they would take care of it. Still no refund. It's been a month since I shipped that stuff back. They have the product back and they have my $109. Needless to say I'm starting to get pretty pissed off. I called and left a message on their machine a few minutes ago, and just sent an email. Waiting...not so patiently.

reefmontalvo December 16, 2008 December 16, 2008 Call your bank or credit card company tell them the problems you have had. There going to ask for proof then credit you the transaction after you fax in all your paper work. Then get back to enjoying life.
