mysterious red mark

one of my ocellaris clownfish has a weird red mark under its left eye, around the nose area. it looks kind of like a scar but under the skin-- internal bleeding-like. what could it be? and what should i do?

 

i dont have a picture b/c it the red mark doesnt show up in the pix.

It must have gotten hurt some how, either by fighting, trying to run from something or as mine do push rocks over so their anemone has more room. If it is under the skin their isn't much you can do but to make sure he is unstressed and well fed.

 

Sorry, not much advice without actually seeing it.

Is it the male in the pair? The female probably punched him in the eye.
