I'm glad you got your money back. Did you though, get very specific written explanation from the credit card company as to the terms of this? Several years ago a card was stolen from me and several months after taking off those charges and issuing a new acct #, the company suddenly added a couple thous to my bill and tried to charge me all kinds of fees.

Forrest - I've never been quite sure whether it was an accident or an on-purpose when they do things like that. I've heard a lot of 'ooooops - we're sorry' over the years. Often enough to make me a lil' suspicious of the intentions of some well-known companies.
