Only the Pizza ($3.00 for 3 slices) will have a fee.

 

Folks, This meeting has cost us over $3,000.00 and 3 months in planning.

We have received ALOT of donations that we will have for raffles, prizes, 5 Speakers, Swapping, Fragging, tons of fun and learning to be had for sure!

 

Fee:

$10. Members

$15. Non

$30. New members who enroll when they show up, saves them $5.

$3.00 for food tickets (see above)

Drinks and munchies again FREE!

We can probably hold items for you if you clearly put names and addresses/contact info on the back of your tickets.

 

Must be present for livestock, and we cannot be held responsible for things lost or finding your way into my pocket. I would find someone there willing to take any large items as well.

Not a problem with the fee. Just need to pay at the door if at all possible. I don't think anyone is complaining. Many new members are just that... new... and don't know.

You can view your paypal history on the paypal website. We are planning on printing out our logs just in case. If your status on this board has been changed to "member" instead of bb member, we have received.

I'm planning to pay at the door, because it's impossible to know if something will come up between now and then, and if it does I will be out 10 bucks. I do, however, plan happily to be present I can't wait to meet people for the first time
