Cheap MJ magnet holders???

MJ Mods has some for $15 but they do not impress. Are there any cheaper or better alternatives out there?

I picked up a couple of the approx 4" mag floats (medium iirc) and crazy glued the 3 suction cup holder to them. I've tried crazygluing the little slide for the top mount clip but its not sturdy enough when used on a wavemaker and the small sized mag is too small for an MJ12 kicking on. The rig isnt the prettiest thing and it makes the powerheads come about an inch off the glass on the inside but I can clean my glass while the head is on and running and pods love to live in the velcro.

Agreed! I picked one of those up - BRK, I think - and use it to hold my frag rack. That sucker doesn't move. The little rubber pads hold it right where it is until you pull the outside magnet away a bit, so you can slide it around.
