Guest Undercoverdork May 16, 2007 May 16, 2007 So looking at my tank last night as usuall. I noticed a bunch of tiny, the size of a pen head, half black and half white "bugs". They were just moving in and out of holes in the LR. They are too small to get a picture. looked like a tiny half white and half black circles....any ideas??? Thanks Tim K
lanman May 16, 2007 May 16, 2007 Look closely, and you will find more strange tiny animals in there than you can count. I just call them all 'bugs', and my 6-line eats them all. bob
Sugar Magnolia May 17, 2007 May 17, 2007 Did someone say pods? http://www.reefkeeping.com/issues/2004-08/rs/index.php
Mystical Lady May 17, 2007 May 17, 2007 If a piece of food lands on my tanks' LS or LR... it starts to twitch quickly, like something is biting it. Does this happen to anyone else?? I can't 'see' anything, so whatever 'it' is must be VERY VERY small.....Is this some kind of 'pod' eating the fallen food??? or a gremlin?
Guest Undercoverdork May 17, 2007 May 17, 2007 Yea, i guess it's nothing to worrie about. I wil make sure it dosent start eating my SPS ahaha thanks for the advice..im a bit paranoid after this whole mantis shrimp thing in my tank
