Oprah Wrangler February 8, 2007 February 8, 2007 My tank has 18watt CF and I would like to add a star polyp frag. Will it thrive or is the light to weak. I have a yellow polyp frag that is doing very well.
Folta February 8, 2007 February 8, 2007 It should be fine. I see that you have a 3g tank, so they'd be pretty close to the light, and they don't need intense light to thrive. They are also a pretty hardy coral.
