CaRx issue

So I noticed that the bubbles on my bubble chamber for my CaRx is not changing. I get about 1 bubble ever 4-5 seconds and i am unable to increase it. I have tried to open the valve to increase it but still nothing.  I even checked that the tank has gas and it does.

Any idea what is going on here?

I can still open and close the solenoid via my Apex
