Bendalat October 10, 2006 October 10, 2006 Hi all, Just want to show some pictures of my 30g Hexagon tank. Hope you like them. Full tank
jason the filter freak October 10, 2006 October 10, 2006 very very nice, where the heck is your filtration?
gastone October 10, 2006 October 10, 2006 I've got a 42 hex with an equally oversize canopy to accomodate a 250W MH and 2x24W T-5s. What are you using for lighting? Garrett.
Bendalat October 10, 2006 Author October 10, 2006 Thanks guys. Garrett, I use a 175w 20k XM with spider reflector. Jason, it does not have a filter. I just do the water change 10% twice a month.

GaryL October 11, 2006 October 11, 2006 for those who don't know. this guy has an awsome setup. or used to. 1 sps and one lps and now it looks like the hex. if you ever get a chance to see it......GO! its nice!
Guest snapper October 11, 2006 October 11, 2006 octopus tank, with no filtration? Well, no, I'd probaby not set up any tank with "no filtration." Except maybe a gas tank. I'd probably tie it into my 300 gal system with a feed and drain. Not with an overflow silly, I know where you're about to go. I'd make it a solid system. ["solid" by the way means it would not have nay air inside at the surface, water forced in would = water forced out]
