Issues with my Kessil 360

I have a Kessil 360 with spectrum controller that keeps turning off. The light and controller are about 5 years old. The only way to get it back on is to unplug and plug the ballast back in. But it happens every day. I’ve cleaned the dust out of the light assembly and still having the issue. Anyone have a suggestion on fixing this?
