"The solution to pollution is dilution":

What a silly statement.

The solution to pollution is not just moving the pollution around and pretending it isn't there because there is now more of something else there.

The solution to pollution is to stop polluting.

Just because you can make a statement out of some rhyming words does not make that statement true.
