My tanks only 30 gallons and I never need to dose anything cus it's small but my brother has two tanks 1 is 150 and the other is 90 and they share the same Sump so he has to dose but very little and also he had quadruple the corals I have.. rea sea may cost a few more bucks but u don't have to buy calcium and what not to add to the tank unless ur setup is big like my brothers..just my two cents

It has everything in it u need for corals I haven't checked my calcium in months cus I don't need to with my setup and all my corals thrive even the anemone haven't had a problem using Red Sea salt

If u start using Red Sea coral pro salt u won't regret it..

Yea homedepot has a single timer and a bunch of fancy ones but I was looking for a double timer that uses one plug to control two lights

Looking for a 2 way light timer so I can plug my main light and a future moonlight in together without buying two single one plug light timers..that way both lights r on the same timer but can set each plug for different times..like in the am moonlight for couple hours then main light and at night the normal light goes out and moon comes back on for a few.. Anyone know what I should buy

I currently have a kessil a150w on my biocube and would like to add a moonight but not sure what to go with or what type of light to get for a great look..do I do a diy or buy one any suggestions?

I've had the same thing happen and haven't figured it out..just noticed a peppermint shrimp pickin at it..not surre if he's the problem but I had a torch for 6 months and one day it got smaller and smaller and couldn't figure it out..

I was lucky and my shrimp took care of mine in the tank but the 1st camber I have 3 that I can see and I haven't bothered to touch them nore have I worried about them and haven't seen one in the main tank for 6 months..leave em be if not u might wind up Spreading more and more in my opinion

Well I took it to my brothers tank and checked it a few mins ago and it's all opened up..it's def the shrimp eating it..my first torch coral I had for 8 months and bought peppermint shrimp and a few weeks later the torch was toast..got a new torch from brothers tank and same thing in a week..trust me this shrimp is killing the torch and hammer corals..why I don't know but the frog spawn hasent been touched...it def wasent dying..evil shrimp!

Fount the problem it's my darn peppermint shrimp I caught him his morning picking away at it

My salinity is 1.025

Water quality is perfect nothin else is affected

My torch coral I had for 3 months then next thing u know it was gone Ina few days..now my pink hammer is doing the same and it's only a week old..something eating it..my frogspawn has beer had a problem nore any other coral in the tank any ideas

Picked it up a few weeks ago not sure what it is..at night it retracts all the way in..it's been fragged using a wet saw any ideas
